Rapture Bliss

Rapture Bliss

Matthew 24:30 "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
1 Thessalonians 4:13 "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words."

Although the word 'Rapture' never occurred throughout the Bible, but we that are Christians knows that it is a timeless event in the Christian circle Matthew 24:36, which will cause the resurrection of the souls of all DEAD SAINTS since the world began and the caughting up of the souls of the LIVING SAINTS together to meet the LORD Jesus Christ in the air. Father, help me to partake in this first resurrection in Jesus name. Amen. Revelation 20:6.

As timeless as the rapture, the Bible however provided us with enough clues relating to this greatest event of all human existence on earth to aid our preparedness for this most exciting and most rewarding event for the TRUE SAINTS of God. Being timeless is to enable us prepare for its eventuality at all times. Are you therefore in the number to be rapture by Jesus Christ, whether in your death or now that you are still alive? Examine yourself today.

BE PREPARED
2 Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."
In order for us not to lose out or miss the rapture, we must be ready for it every seconds of our lives with the consciousness that, should I die this minute or the trumpet of rapture sound right now, will I make it? This consciousness will therefore cause you to always abhor sinful atmosphere 1 Thessalonians 5:22, and you will then be able to truly redeem the time because the days are evil Ephesians 5:16.

SOME RAPTURE CLUES
1. It will take place like a thief in the night without any prior warnings or notices - Revelation 16:15, Luke 12:39-40, 2 Peter 3:10, Revelation 3:3, 1 Thessalonians 5:2-4, 1 Peter 4:15.
Thieves do swoop on their victims without any prior warnings or notices. For Our Master Jesus Christ to likened His coming for the rapture 'as a thief in the night', this therefore calls for EXTRA VIGILANCE on our Christian work with God, so that we wouldn't be taken unawares. Are you ready?

2. It will be sudden - Luke 12:47, Matthew 25:13; 24:42-44, Luke 21:34-36, Mark 13:35-37.
The suddenness of the rapture will make a lot of people to be left behind. But no matter the suddenness, the Christians that are determined will be rapture. Are you ready?

3. It has no specific day, time or season to take place - Matthew 24:20, Mark 13:35.
In fact many Christians will be in the stadium busy watching football, others will be playing games on their computers, mobile phones, Xbox, play station, and some glued to their TV sets with their games. A lot more will be in movie theatres, cinema, club houses, beauty pageant shows, and other social and leisure environment when the trumpet will sound. These careless and every unprepared Christians will surely miss the rapture. Are you ready?

4. It is likened to death - Luke 12:16-20.
Most Christians today don't even give thought to their death anymore. They keep on declaring the word of God that 'I shall not die but live' with careless abandon. This now resulted with them shifting their salvation saying there's time. Friend, time is up as we are now living on borrowed time.
Even at that, do you know the time of your death? If you fail to prepare for the rapture now that you are still alive, you will surely missed it in your death as there's no repentance in the grave Hebrews 9:27. Are you ready?

5. Angels also affirmed the rapture reality - Acts 1:9-11.
Jesus Christ stated that He will definitely return at a time in the Father's disposition only Matthew 24:36. So the encouragement of the angels to apostles immediately after the ascension of Jesus Christ to heaven should be enough for you to prepare yourself because, whether you believed it or not, Jesus is coming now to take His holy saints home to heaven. Are you ready?

A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL SURELY MISS THE RAPTURE
2 Peter 3:3 "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, WHERE IS THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

As the passage above rightly says, a lot of supposed Christians today are doubting the reality of the rapture already. Because it didn't happen according to their own mindset, they've concluded that the rapture sermons are fables after all.

A day in the sight of God is like a thousand years. Therefore it's not my business whether the rapture take place now or in the the next one million years, my business is that by the grace of God, I am working out my salvation with fear and trembling, so that I will not miss the rapture whether in my death or alive.

1 John 3:3 "And every man that hath this hope (rapture) in him purifieth himself, even as he (Jesus Christ) is pure."
Do you have this hope of rapture in you as a true Christian?
Then you must be pure before you can qualify for the rapture because, Our LORD Jesus Christ who is coming to rapture the saints is PURE. Are you ready now?

Pray and ask God for the grace to remain rapturable to the end.
Shalom!
