A NOTE TO THE IMAGE OF GOD CALLED WOMAN 3

Woman! Know that Satan has secrets upon which his deceptions thrive but God reveals them to all those who diligently seek the Lord.

This is the last bit of introductory notes before the key issues will be addressed. Many of you are finding it hard to understand certain things because of Satan’s deceptive schemes. Satan is so daring that, even when things are clearly spelt out in black and white, he manages to deceive many who call themselves sons and daughters of God. The scripture passages for this note are 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 and Revelation 2:18-29 which are detailed below for reference.

The beginning of 2 Thess 2 addresses a deceptive seed Satan had sown in the minds of some of the believers in the church of Thessalonica that the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ had already come. This is why I say, Satan is very daring. At the time when not even one-tenth of the end time prophesies had been fulfilled, he managed to plant such a lie and confusion in the minds of some believers. Paul, under the authority of the Spirit of God, straightens this confusion by making it clear in 2 Thess 2:3 that, the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ will be preceded by the "occurrence of rebellion" and "the revelation of the man of  lawlessness" (Antichrist). But these things are being held back for the appointed time. Paul describes the lawless man as " He opposes and exalts himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, and even sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God" (2 Thess 2:4). He adds on the works of the lawless man in 2 Thess 2:9-10 as "....in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing.....". However, in 2 Thess 2:7, Paul writes: "For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work..."

 

My friends, we see iniquity mounting up quickly in this present age, but it is still the tip of the iceberg of what is yet to come after the rapture of the saints. Many are the things believers in Christ are engaged in, in this world and they think it is normal, yet it is the secret power of lawlessness at work so they are easily deceived. But it is not all believers in Christ who are deceived and Paul describes those who are deceived as "those who are perishing (2 Thess 2:10)". And he gives the reason why they are being deceived which will eventually lead to their perishing as " They perish because they refused to love the TRUTH and so be saved (2 Thess 2:10)". You have professed Christ; YES, but you can still perish and not be saved on the day of judgment because you were deceived by the secret power of lawlessness at work in this present age by rejecting the truth God grants his saints through divine revelations to expose these secret powers to save you. Proverbs 29:18;"Where there is no vision [no redemptive revelation of God], the people perish..... (Amplified Bible)".

Divine revelation from God is necessary in the body of Christ because of the secret agenda of Satan. That is why Paul in his letter to the Ephesians writes: "I KEEP ASKING that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the SPIRIT OF WISDOM and REVELATION, SO THAT YOU MAY KNOW HIM BETTER (Ephesians 1:17)." You need this Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know God better so that Satan will not outwit you with his secrets. We will not completely know God but we can know God better as He reveals himself to us through his Word.  

At this point, we will break down the description of the secret power of lawlessness which is at work in this present age (2 Thess 2:4):

1. "He opposes and exalts himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped" 

Woman! Grasp this satanic secret which has been revealed by God. God created you in His own image for His glory. When people see you, they are supposed to see the works of God and glorify the name of our Lord. Anytime you receive the compliment that you are beautiful, glory is given to God which is a form of worship. Here is the case, you have allowed Satan to exalt himself above the image of God through make-up, perming, fake hair, hair dyeing, jewelries etc and the queen of the coast is being worshiped instead of God. Hardly do you hear someone telling a woman in her natural image that you are beautiful. Yet, masquerading yourself in make-up and all the compliments in the world will be at your doorpost. In the worst case, women in their natural look (God given image) are mocked. You will give account of allowing Satan to use you to exalt himself above God and take the worship due God.

2. "and even sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God"

What do we see in the house of God today? Daughters of Zion, enter into the house of God with all manner of lawlessness. They appear in the image of Satan exalting himself over God and being the center of worship and proclaiming himself to be God. In addition, they break God's propriety in worship by not covering their hairs when they pray, exposing their glory (hair) in the presence of God's glory. Such lawlessness is what has allowed Satan legal right into the temple of God (setting himself up in God's temple) and proclaiming himself to be God [your make-up, fake hair, perming, etc are all Satan’s acts of recreation (correcting what God has made) and that is why he can proclaim himself to be God]. However, Satan can never be above God and that is why all these abominable acts will not enter into the kingdom of God and will perish.

Revelation 21:8

8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

So you see the implication of what you call ORDINARY make-up, fake hair, perming, jewelries etc in the presence of God. If Satan walks to you and tells you that he wants to exalt himself above God, you would quickly cast him out and bind him. Yet, he has succeeded through his greatest weapon; DECEPTION/SECRETS. But God in His mercies has exposed these deceptions and secrets to us by His Spirit of Truth and Revelation so that you and I will be saved. Yet many are rejecting the truth in this season of grace and as a result will perish.

A more dangerous consequence of refusing the truth is "For this reason God sends a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness [unrighteousness; KJV] (2 Thess 2:11-12)". As you keep rejecting the truth, you become insensitive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit and you give Satan the opportunity to keep you firmly grounded in his lies. And many are those who have professed Christ but are firmly rooted in the lies of Satan by their own will of rejecting the truth and their end will be in hell fire if they do not repent of their ways.

You may say that; God will never throw me into hell fire when I in indulge in all these things because I have accepted Christ.

My sister, do not be deceived. Let’s look at our second passage in Revelation 2:18-29. In the church of Thyatira, they were all Christ professing believers who were on fire for the Lord (Rev 2:19).

Revelation 2:19

I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first.

Yet Jesus sent a message to separate those who tolerate Jezebelic spirit from those who do not (Rev 2:20 "Nevertheless, I have this against you: you tolerate that woman called Jezebel...."). In Rev 2: 24, Jesus makes them aware that some of them have followed after "Satan’s so-called deep secrets". Jesus says "so-called" because from the beginning of the message to the church in Thyatira, Jesus revealed the secret power of lawlessness of Satan at work in the church to them as the influence of Jezebelic acts. Remember, Jezebel died long ago in the book of Kings; yet her name is mentioned here. Jezebel is a demonic spirit. The woman in the book of Kings was the body with which the demon called Jezebel operated through. Most children are initiated into Satan worship even before birth and are named after the demon which will take over their bodies. Hence, though the physical woman called Jezebel died, that demonic spirit still lives and operates to this day. The spirit of Jezebel is tolerated in churches as women put on make-up and wear jewelries which are idols (defiling the temple of God which is their bodies with them) including all lawlessness in dressing.

This is what Jesus said he will do to those in his church (professing Christians) who have tolerated the spirit of Jezebel: ".....and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. I will strike their children dead. Then the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and will repay each of you according to your deeds (Revelation 2:22-23)".

And this is what Jesus says to those in the church who have not tolerated Jezebel (Rev 2:24-26):

24 Now I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, 25 except to hold on to what you have until I come.’

26 To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations

 My sister, wake up to the TRUTH that will save your soul. Among the people who have professed Christ, there will be separation. Those who will enter into the kingdom of God are those who will overcome the walk on the narrow road to heaven by doing the will of Christ to the end through the sufficient grace of the Almighty God.

Revelation 2:26

To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations

2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come.

3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.

4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

5 Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things?

6 And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time.

7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.

8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.

9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie,

10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie

12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

20 Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols.

21 I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling.

22 So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways.

I used to be a sex addict. I loved sex more than food. Sometimes I would need it 5 times a day. My life revolved around it. No man could satisfy me.
I had to have multiple men on a list or on stand by. Everything I did was some how related to getting a man and having sex.
BY THE GRACE OF GOD I HAVE BEEN SET FREE IN JESUS NAME. No more do I hunger for sex now I hunger for Jesus.
My life revolves around pleasing and obeying Jesus. I knew Jesus before but I never knew holiness.
My church told me as long as I believe in Jesus I am going to heaven. My pastor was aware of my problem and told me God will give me grace to over come.
Not until I watched the testimony of a women going to heaven and hell and have up makeup, jewelry, pants, and all the stuff that God hates was I set free.
TODAY I AM FREE INDEED. Now let's holds fast until the end. Pray for grace because its only by his grace and mercy will we make it through to the end.

Woman! Take the speck out of your own eye before you take the log out of someone's eye. When your loved ones in Christ rebuke you, you refer to them Matt 7:1 (Don't Judge me) but you are rather guity of Matt 7:1

The topic is not a quotation of Matt 7:5 (You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye). By God's grace, you will understand why the topic is this way. The main text is Romans 2:1-16 which is given below this note for reference.
The world we live in has its standards, you as an individual have your own standards and the Almighty God has his standards. When you are in Christ, you live by only one standard and that is the standard of the Almighty God and you die to the standard of the world and that of yourself. The sad story is that, many believers in Christ, live by the standards of this world and that of theirs.
Between these latter categories, the more dangerous category are those who claim they are not living according to the worlds standard and that they are living according to the standards of the Almighty God when in actual fact, they are living by their own standards.
All sin is sin. There is no big sin or small sin and the end of all sin is one ie death (Romans 6:23). The fact that you are doing something in moderation does not make it right. Rom 2:1 tells us clearly that you comdemn yourself when you rebuke someone of the very thing you are engaged in. And the overall judge who is the Almighty God will judge every soul based on one thing; TRUTH (vars 2)and will not show FAVORITISM (vrs 11).

You call yourself a christian and you frown  or even think of others as prostitutes when you see them with three or more earrings in one ear. You counsel them to change their ways and put on only one earring. Likewise, you see it ungodly to pierce and fix jewelries in the nose, tongue, navel, lips etc but acceptable to pierce the ears and fix jewelries. Aren't you being a hypocrite? The same way you have pierced your ears and fixed earrings is the same way another person has pierced the nose, tongue, navel etc and fixed jewelries and God will not judge with favoritism. When you see someone with five rings on the same hand, you see it as ungodly, yet you have one or two rings on your hand. When someone puts on an anklet, the first thought that registers in your mind is 'ungodly'. You may even try to counsel the individual to repent from wearing the anklet.
Meanwhile, you the sister in Christ has bracelets and bangles dangling around your wrist. The fact that you have put it on your wrist does not make it right either. Do you realise you are being a hypocrite and setting your own standards? You see someone who has dyed the hair red, green, yellow or even multicolored and it registers promptly to you that such have missed the way to church. Yet you sit in the pew with highlights and its ok.
You may probably have dyed your whole hair black or put in a few highlights and labled it ok. You hate to see tatoos on others, yet, you occasionally make temporary designs on your body. Because yours is not permanent, it is accepted.
Many are those who have condemed the actions of Micheal Jackson for bleaching his skin. Yet, you have in your closet all the 'claires', 'fade outs' and the '2% hydroquinone'. Your complexion today is different from your childhood pictures. And satan has succeeded in decieving you with the twin sister of 'bleaching' called 'toning'.
You hear of a politician who has embezzled a huge amount of money and you quickly sentenced him to jail in your apartment,  when he has not even made his first appearance before the court. Yet, you see nothing wrong with picking a pen which does not belong to you and keeping it forever. Aren't they all stealing?
When you hear someone listening to Wayne, Jay Z, Lady gaga etc, you tell them that is wordly and does not please God. Yet you have a list of RnB, 'cools', hiplife, all the Whitney Houston, Celine Dion etc and thats ok.
Don't you know God has a standard for believers when it comes to music? Keep on living by your own standards and you will meet the ONE whom you have professed to live by His standards.

Ephesians 5: 19-20
19 Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,
20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our God is not a God of double standards. Therefore, if someone who has been transformed by the Word of God in order to escape God's judgement and stands on the authority of the Word of God to bring you to the knowledge of the truth, he is not judging you. On the other hand, when you see everything wrong with an exaggeration of what you are also engaged in, then you are passing judgement on the same things you do and you will not escape the God's judgement because His judgements are without favoritism (Romans 2:3, 11). Repent before its too late.

Sometimes you may think you are right with God because you have answered prayers, good health, good academic achievements, speak in tongues, prophesy, heal the sick ect. This is where you need understanding of the God you serve.
Romans 2:4 (see below) makes us understand that God is rich in kindness, tolerance and patients to the sinner, not because he endorses his evil ways but for only one reason and that is to lead the sinner to repentance. Luke 6:35 also tells us that '......he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked'. So when you enjoy these riches from God, examine yourself to find out if these blessings are ones God intends to lead you to repentance or blessings as a result of being transformed into the righteousness of God through the submission of your will to the Lordship of Jesus Christ (Psalm 91). Whiles these blessings lasts, God requires that you repent before you reach His throne of judgement.

Romans 2:5-6
5 But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed.
6 God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”

1 God’s Righteous Judgment.

1 You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.
2 Now we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth.
3 So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment?
4 Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?
5 But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed.
6 God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”
7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. 8 But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.
9 There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile;
10 but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
11 For God does not show favoritism.
12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.
13 For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.
14 (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law.
15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.)
16 This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

Glory be to God. Thank you Lord Jesus. Thank you precious Holy Spirit.
By God's grace, the next topic will be Woman! know that satan has secrets upon which his deception thrives but God reveals them all to those who diligently seek the Lord.
The specific issues on jewelries, make up, fake hair, alcohol etc will be tackled in due course as the Holy Spirit leads. It is important we build an undersatnding and thats exactly what is going on.

Woman! Know your place in Satan's Strategy: The Garden of Eden Scenario (Genesis 2 and 3)
Genesis 2:15-17
15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.
16 And the Lord God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;
17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die".
Genesis 2:23-24
23 The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman', for she was taken out of man."
24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Genesis 3:1-6
1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
2 The woman said to the serpent, "We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,
3 but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die'"
4 "You will not certainly die," the serpent said to the woman.
5 " For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil".
6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate it.
Genesis 3:16
"......Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you."

I pray that your eyes will be opened to the truth that ever since satan succeeded with the woman to cause the fall of the whole human race, he has been upgrading this strategic tool with the woman throughout the generations. Once satan gets the woman, the man is already in the net; that's his master plan. (Here, the spirit of satan is in the serpent).
In our first scripture (Genesis 2:15-17), we realise that the instruction God gave was very clear and concise. There was no ambiguity; God is not the author of confusion. Every confusion comes from satan. God clearly said; "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil...."
Lets look at satan's question; "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?". Also, when God said; "You will certainly die" (Gen 2:17), satan said the exact opposite; "You will certainly not die" (Gen 3:4).
Satan, the father of all lies is always twisting the true message of God. From Gen 3:6, it is clear that the man and the woman were together.
But why did satan ignore the man and engaged the woman? Much cannot be said on that; however, from Gen 3:6, three things made the woman eat the fruit.
1. Good for food
2. Pleasing to the eye
3. Desirable for wisdom (to be like God; Gen 3:5).
Another lie satan chips in here (Gen 3:5) is "For God knows that when you eat it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God".
However, Gen 2:16, God gave only one consequence of eating the fruit; "....you will certainly die". Satan has always been a challenger of God and he continues to instil that rebellion spirit in humanity.
God's instructions are straight forward. The reasons satan gives you to disobey God are always long and winding. Sometimes when you find yourself giving too many reasons for doing something someone points out to you in the Bible as an abomination or an act of disobedence; it pays to pause and think. Satan may be feeding your thoughts with lies to sway you away from obeying the commandements of God. Now let us look at how satan places the woman in his strategies.

Strategy 1:
Satan has turned women into little gods and creators, challenging the ONE and ONLY GOD and CREATOR of the universe. Remember, the forbidden tree had the same characteristics as the rest of the trees in the garden with the only exception that it gives knowledge of good and evil and the end result is death (Gen 2:9). Out of ignorance (in most cases and also because of deception), satan is enticing women with counterfeits of the original creation of God to make them feel they have gained knowledge of how to look better.
That is reaching out for what is forbidden and God promises you of one end which is death.

Strategy 2:
A look at Gen 2:23, indicates that, the woman was the central focus of the man. Hence, whiles the woman had her attention on the forbidden tree, the man also had his attention on the woman.
Another question to ask is: why didn't the man stop the woman? Remember, the instruction was given to the man before the woman was formed (Gen 2:16-17) and he was diligently obeying the instruction. Another question you may ask; how was he able to do that and where was satan at that time? Before the woman surfaced, man had his focus on God, so he could not bear in his heart to sin against God. When he shifted his attention to the woman, he ceased to value the instruction of God. Likewise, when the woman shifted her focus from God, and preoccupied herself with the forbidden tree, she ceased to value the instruction of God. What is common with the two is that, they both replaced the CREATOR with the CREATION.
Man is distracted by woman and woman by the cravings of this world. This strategy has succeeded perfectly for satan by attracting women with wordliness and automatically making men bow to these things through his able agents; WOMEN.
These strategies were upgraded after the fall. As soon as satan heard Gen 3:16; ".....Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you", he upgraded the strategies by giving reasons for women to crave the world (the focus is on women. Men also do crave the world). Initially,it was the woman having her personal cravings and man being influenced because man craved for the woman. But after the fall, in addition to personal cravings, women also craved these things to get the attention of men ( Gen 3:16).
Hence, satan devices his seductive schemes and does not struggle with agents because women are ever ready to do anything to get the
attention of men (the target of the seduction).
So dear woman, where in satan's strategic plan do you find yourself? Or where have you signed a contract to be his agent? Satan has employed many women out of ignorance. The day you picked the counterfeit of the original is the day you signed a contract with satan and he will use you till you finally end up in hell fire with him. Anyone who thinks he is wiser that God (Satan's deceiving words of making you touch what is forbidden: to be like God Gen 3:5), will certainly die and will follow the author of rebellion in hell. Jesus loves you and calls you to repent of your ways before it is too late.
Glory be to God. Thank you Lord Jesus. Thank you precious Holy Spirit.
The first and second notes sets the stage. Remember, the Holy Spirit promised us a step by step learning process. By the God's grace, the Holy Spirit will enlighten us on the next topic with the title:

John 10:30 I and my Father are one.

John 17:11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

Malachi 2:10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

Mark 12:32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

Romans 3:30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Almighty Father, as I present this message to your children, may we all be enlightened by the Holy Spirit for the understanding of this message in Jesus name. Take all the glory Lord in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Brethren, I have always wondered and became very curious as a child of God, thinking if the Lord Jesus Christ, whom we Christians through the various denominational practices and beliefs claim to serve, obey, reverence, adore and worship and claimed to follow His Footsteps and teachings is actually the same God. I have however finds out that He is just the same God Deuteronomy 4:39.

My curiosity is simply borne out of the fact that, the differences between church A and church B in administration, beliefs and practices is not the bible because, the word of God is an inspired message 2 Peter 1:21 speaking the SAME THING to different people in different forms and ways Mark 16:16. The bible does not speak different things at the same time John 1:1.

It is not also Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, as He (Jesus) had instructed us (the church) to do as He had taught us John 13:15. Jesus gave us the commandment – to love Him and to keep His commandments John 14:15, 21; 15:10.

Likewise, it is not the Holy Spirit idea that church G and church H will be doing different things because Jesus said “he (Holy Spirit) will guide you into all truth” John 16:13, regarding obedience to the word of God as it is clearly stated, “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit” 1 Corinthians 12:11. The Holy Spirit has three (3) major assignments and that is exactly what He is carrying out today John 16:7-11.

Please, don’t misunderstand my points, as I am not dwelling on the Gift(s) of the Holy Spirit here.

What I have however discovered is that, it is the HUMAN IMPUTED laws, beliefs, doctrines and practices (outside the word of God) put in place by an individual founder of a particular church, to govern his own members, using his kind of beliefs 2 Timothy 4:3. This they do in connivance with the elders and leaders of that particular church, that have resulted not just in the proliferation of churches, denominational and nondenominational Christian organizations today, but also the architect of man’s WILFUL DISOBEDIENCE TO THE WORD OF GOD 2 Timothy 4:10. At this juncture, we must realize that God and His word (bible) are inseparable, be it the Old Testament or the New Testament John 6:63, 14:10.

Jesus Christ said “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations; Teaching them TO OBSERVE ALL THINGS whatsoever I have commanded you” Matthew 28:19-20. Jesus also said “Go ye into all the world, AND PREACH THE GOSPEL to every creature” Mark 16:15. He equally said “YE SHALL BE WITNESSES UNTO ME both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” Acts 1:8.

Brethren, in considering the above scriptures, we can clearly and confidently declare that, what Jesus asked us to do is to preach the message of the kingdom to every creature, not the planting of DENOMINATIONAL CHURCHES as it is obtainable right now. This therefore calls for the reevaluation of the aim, purpose and objective of establishing the church by Jesus Christ in the first place.

If we Christians must be sincere with ourselves today, we will discover that the level of willful disobedience to the word of God, lawlessness, waywardness and ungodliness in the world and particularly in the church of Jesus Christ, is the direct outcome of the divided body of Christ by the denominational churches. This is the bane of today's church because, the original purpose of Jesus Christ establishing the church, which was to make disciples of all nations Acts 1:8, have been defeated and until the individual organ of this body (denominations) begin to function exactly what it was created to perform, the body of Christ (church) should forget anything called UNITY. How can the church even dream of being united when we (denominational churches) do not practice nor obey the bible with the same spirit?

Although I lack the theological prowess to explain the concept of the church but, I don't think I need more than the bible to prove my stand here as well as the Holy Spirit my guide John 16:13. This is so because, the bible declared 'for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life 2 Corinthians 3:6. Therefore, I should be able to understand the word of God by the Spirit of God Matthew 24:15.

Now, in considering the stand of our Master, Jesus Christ, who actually owns the church Matthew 16:18, over the unity that existed between Himself and the Father, He prayed that the disciples will also continue in that same unity, after He (Jesus) might have died, buried, resurrected and ascended to heaven John 17:11. Even though it was Jesus that prayed the oneness prayer for His disciples, they were actually in one accord in one place after the ascension of Jesus Christ to heaven, and were finally baptized with the Holy Spirit in the Upper Room prayer meeting Acts 2:1-4.

Shortly afterwards, as the numbers of the disciples were now increased and continued in the oneness service, it then resulted in the breaking of bread with the brethren from house to house Acts 2:46. We now discover further the strength that this unity gathered among the people, in taming the division and murmuring which was about rearing its ugly head up to scatter the Apostles Acts 6:1-5. No wonder an adage declares 'there is strength in unity.

As the church increased in strength and numbers, a new trend to cover the whole world in teaching the truth to every creature emerged but with the SAME MESSAGE. The early Apostles particularly Paul, took several Missionary journeys than any other Apostle to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. He sometimes faced the danger of shipwreck Acts 27:14, he was stoned Acts 14:19, he was imprisoned Acts 16:23-24, he was plotted against to be killed Acts 9:24-25, he was persecuted by the Jews Acts 13:50, he left his professional career and became a prisoner for Jesus Christ Philemon 1:1,9 among other things to pursue the instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ. In fact, Paul had to declare in 2 Corinthians 11:22-31 that:-

22 Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I.

23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.

24 Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one.

25 Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;

26 In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;

27 In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.

28 Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.

29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not?

30 If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.

31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not.”

 His Missionary journeys saw him crisscrossing countries and continents with great fervour to preach the gospel message. After completing his journeys, you will see him again paying visits to the same people again encouraging them to continue in the faith Philemon 1:2,  or sending representatives to encourage the brethren Philippians 2:29, Colossians 4:10.

In all these things, denominational churches were never part of the teachings of the Apostles instead, you will hear of the church in such a person's house Colossians 4:15. This was the same case with John the Beloved during the revelation in the Isle of Patmos in Asia Revelation 1:4. The reference of the angels in the seven churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodiceans, were addressed as 'to the angel of the church' Revelation 2 and 3. There was nothing like denomination of any sort when the message(s) of their individual work were been passed across.

Therefore, how come today that, instead of preaching the gospel as our Lord Jesus Christ had instructed, it is rather the preaching of ‘our church, my church, our pastor, denomination’, etc. Where is the teaching of the message of Jesus Christ to the world?

As I bring this message to a close, let’s consider some vital issues and examine critically, if what the various denominational churches are practicing today is geared towards the same goal and purpose.

CONSIDER THESE QUESTIONS:

1. Is the God of all the so called Christians the same God?

2. Are all denominational churches serving the same Jesus Christ?

3. Is heaven one and the same for all supposed Christians?

4. Did the Lord Jesus Christ give different teachings and truth for the different countries and continents of the world?

5. Are you sure the word of God (bible) have the same principles for all the believers in the whole world?

6. Is the final judgment going to be based on individual denominational church doctrines or, on the infallible word of God?

7. Do you truly love Jesus with all your heart?

Should your answer to the questions above be on the affirmative then, just know that the denominational churches as it is practiced today, is in great ERROR.

As I prepare to conclude this message in part 2, we shall be examining some few denominations around the world today, what they believe, practice and uphold in their congregations.

May the Holy Spirit interpret the details of this message to your hearts in Jesus name. Amen. God bless you all.
