MTN NIGERIA MANAGEMENT ARE SELFISH AND ONLY THINK ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL INTERESTS

It is said in business circle that customers are the bedrock of every business success hence the popular saying that customers are always right, even in clear scenarios of customers being at wrong. This is to ensure that business continues to strive in progress despite the very ugly past because, you lose your business whenever you lose your customer.

It is therefore a very sad and unfortunate situation with you MTN Nigeria Management, that you want to be seen always right even in situations where you are unmistakably wrong.

You only think of your personal interest and gain at the detriment of your customers, who over the years have been the reason you are still in business in Nigeria today.

You spite and treat your customers as if they are common criminals for being your customers piloting your business success and engagement.

You despise and blame them for every single mistakes made as if they are super-human that is beyond any form of mistakes.

You deal with them with cunning motives, offering them one supposed benefit for being your customer and over the night, cleared the imaginary benefit from their accounts thereby ridiculously defrauding them.

Maybe you feel better positioned above other telecoms providers in Nigeria today that makes you to unfairly treat your customers, but don't forget that anything that goes up most probably MUST COME DOWN.
