Eternity So Near Get Prepared! The Painful Exit Of Kelly Ikponwen

Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."

Yesterday Thursday, 23rd June, 2016, I was devastated when I got the sad news of the death of my childhood friend in Germany, whom we grew together in our village in Orhionmwon LGA, Edo State.

To ensure that himself and family members do not suffer in poverty, he sojourned to the land of Germany some years ago with a bright and promising future.

He got married and was blessed with children.

Sadly, the cold hands of death snatched him away so soon without any form of sickness, hospitalization or any thing that would warrant that he will die so soon.

Ekenagbonmure Kelly Ikponwen, we, the entire people of Evbuohen N'Oba village (formerly Ugbugo) will certainly miss you, though sad and painful to us, GOD knows the best.

It is my prayer that GOD in His infinite mercy will give your immediate family members the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Dear friend, eternity is so near that you don't know the time you would breath your last breathe. Death is hanging over everyone of us and no one knows when his/her turn would come. However, the Bible in Psalms 116:15 says, "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints." Will this be your testimony when you die? Consider this my dear friend.

Therefore, if you are not prepared for death yet, you better get yourself prepared now. Do not wait till tomorrow because whether you like it or not, it will surely come and painfully unannounced. The question therefore is this: Should death come your way right now this minute and take you away, in which side of eternity would you wake up? Will it be heaven or hell? The choice is your.

Remember, there's ONLY ONE WAY TO HEAVEN, and it is through JESUS CHRIST alone. Acts 4:12 says "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." If you have not given your life, body and soul in totality to JESUS, friend, you will surely not miss hell fire should you miss heaven at your death as a result of your failure to accept JESUS CHRIST as your personal LORD and saviour while alive.

Therefore, accept JESUS CHRIST today and you will be HAPPY to wake up in eternity in HEAVEN should you die now.
